I work as a channel with my galactic Star Team, the archangels and your spirit guides. In guidance sessions offering clarity, insight and steps forward, including direction for your soul purpose or Divine mission. In energy sessions, I perform psychic surgery and clear your field of blocks, limiting beliefs and past life trauma. My coaching sessions are a combination of this plus spiritual coaching techniques to help you achieve your dreams in life.

For starseeds, I am a transmission point and during energy sessions my clients can receive activations. I also offer support for understanding and integrating ascension upgrades.

I believe in empowering my clients and part of my purpose is to assist seekers to find their own inner guidance and connection with spirit.

This is life coaching with a difference! I combine coaching techniques with my spiritual medium abilities and wisdom to offer a wholistic solution. Got a goal you want to work towards? REGRESSION THERAPY

Regression Therapy is an effective healing technique for physical, emotional and mental health. It has three options…
Past Life Regression: To recall a past life to learn any lessons of that life and heal a current life issue.
Current Life Regression: To recall a time in your current life to learn the associated lesson and heal an issue.
In-between Lives Regression: To recall your time as a soul in the in-between life stages to understand your life purpose and to meet your soul group and receive messages from spirit guides.

Regression therapy has been pioneered largely by psychiatrist Dr Brian Weiss over the past 30 years. Many success stories have documented that current life fears and phobias have roots in past lives and can be cleared through memory recall.

I am a 500-hour qualified yoga teacher, Laughter Wellness teacher, certified mindfulness teacher for children and an experienced meditator for the past 20 years.

Simple meditation you can practice anytime, anywhere. Meditation is essential for resilience and good mental health, plus it aids your intuitive development.

Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation by simply listening to instructions while lying down. It gives your nervous system rest and rejuvenation. Ideal for sleep issues.

Pranayama, breathing practices from yoga, are effective for relaxation and also work to control movement of energy in the body.

ANIMAL ENERGY HEALING

Animals are like humans and suffer from anxiety, grief, sadness and depression. They love energy healing and respond very well to it. Energy healing is especially helpful when an animal is going through an illness or recovering from an accident or surgery.
